The world-famous, impressive music spectacle in a new, choreographed, interdisciplinary version. Orff based his work on a collection of rebellious, medieval texts dealing with fate. About spring, sensual love, revelry, and the transience of existence. This poetic edition from Odessa had its world premiere, an overwhelming success, just before the start of the global pandemic in February, 2020. It can now be seen for the first time in the Netherlands.
The Odessa Theater and her company are the national pride of Ukraine. The ballet, orchestra, soloists and chorus of the National Opera and Ballet of Ukraine, Odessa consists of 140 employees.
