VANAF 5 JAAR

Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Yuto. An immersive experience that takes you on an exploration through a constantly changing labyrinth filled with puppets, shadows and magical worlds. Put on your headphones and allow yourself to be swept away into the extraordinary tale of a friendship between a boy and his tree. Yuto & The Tree is based on the award-winning picture book I give you my heart by Pimm van Hest and Sassafras de Bruyn.

This performance is part of Festival Het Avontuur.

The Story
Little Yuto is given a small wooden box by an old man in a shop. "This box contains all you'll ever need", he says. But the box won't open. The day before his seventh birthday, Yuto dreams of the old man. When he wakes the box is open and Yuto finds a seed in the shape of a heart. He plants the seed and a tree begins to grow. Together, they grow up - A tale about listening with your heart and never being truly alone. About growing up and growing old, and about knowing when the time has come to go.

Accessibility
Yuto & The Tree is suitable for audiences sensitive to stimuli. The headphones can be adjusted in terms of volume for the hearing impaired.

This performance is in English (EN). During a different timeslot you can also experience Yuto & The Tree in Dutch (NL), French (FR), Polish (PL), Turkish (TR) or Portuguese (PT). Please look at our schedule for the available languages.
